How To Order |

1. All items are INSTOCK and available for immediate delivery from our Melbourne location. 2. Choose your items, qty, size and colour. 3. Hit the SUBMIT button below and a default email will appear. 4. Enter your requirements, choose a payment method, Postcode for shipping costs and transmit. 5. On receipt of order, SFD will make contact with you by return email and provide the shipping costs and details regarding how payments can be made. 6. Payment must be received within 7 days. We generally post items within 24 hours of confirming payment.

1. Your email and other information is not stored, shared or onsold to any other vendor or third party.
EXCHANGES:
1. Exchanges will be accepted for incorrect size or for defective items and are to be made within 10 days of shipment. 2. There are NO exchanges on Clearance Items. 3. For health reasons, packaged tights which have been opened or tried on are not exchangeable. 4. All items returned must be in original, new condition. Shoes that show wear or scuff marks will not be exchanged. It is the customers responsibility to return any item at their own cost and to cover postage costs for replacement. 5. Claims of posted items being lost or damaged during delivery will only be accepted if registered post was chosen and paid for by the customer.
REFUNDS:
1. There are NO Refunds available, only the opportunity to exchange items. Any difference in price must be met as well as all postage costs.
